Joni ’s passion to serve has driven every action in her life. Her parents instilled their Cherokee way of life of service to community. Joni owns Granted, a grants management and educational consulting firm working with Native Americans to elevate financial wellness through economic development and de-colonization efforts. She understands and is committed to tribal sovereignty.

As a documentary producer and digital innovator, Matthew transforms complex stories into compelling educational experiences that drive real-world change. Over two decades, he has produced award-winning documentaries for Discovery Channel, developed communities of practice with Google, built learning platforms used by top healthcare institutions, and created engaging digital communities.

Chief of Partnerships

Collin’s specializes in entrepreneurial business development in Native communities in the Pacific Northwest. His experience includes designing and developing the 9-week Native Enterprise course, the Clean Energy Contracting Course for Native Contractors, Opportunities in the Cannabis Industry, Healthcare Coverage for Employers and Entrepreneurs, and Risk Management for Small Business, and StartupOregon.us
